  • Payment Policy

    Full payment is required 48 hours prior of the scheduled job. The photographer accepts all forms of payment, including cash, check, or debit card. In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Booking Confirmation

    To secure your reservation, a signed contract along with a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required. This booking fee will be credited toward the total cost of the services.

    This fee is non-refundable even if the date and time is changed or in the event that the client cancels the contract.

  • Acknowledgments/Restrictions

    Clients:

    Upon photo delivery, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. We do, however, ask for credit by name for any businesses that use my work for any public or marketing purposes.

    Shop Customers:

    Upon buying wildlife/landscape prints, please acknowledge that when sharing Photographer’s portraits online via website, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platforms that customers must include Bull's Eye Photography watermark.  

    The customer agrees that images will not be edited in any way including removing the watermark, cropping the image, adding filters or any other creative alternations. 


  • Cancellation Policy

    All booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made within 24-48 hours of reserved session. Deposit fees may be used for future sessions only if the client reschedules within those 48 hours prior to date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

  • Processing Time & Delivery

    After your photoshoot, photos will be ready within 3-4 business days (M-F).

    Photos will be delivered to your provided email. From there, you can download your photos at any given time.
